The Alaska Native Medical Center (ANMC) is a 150-bed Level II trauma center located in Anchorage, Alaska. It serves the nearly-140,000 Alaska Native population located throughout the entire state. It is owned and managed by the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium as a not-for-profit medical center, whose mission is to provide the highest quality health care for Alaska Natives. ANMC is a tertiary referral center with hospital-based physician specialists in multiple disciplines. These include general surgery, neurosurgery, internal medicine, urology, cardiology, pulmonology, dermatology, neurology, endocrinology and intensivists for both pediatrics and adults.
